Source position and its uncertainty:
On 20160405 the source position was updated from that provided by
NED to that given in Abeysekara et al. (2016)
From Abeysekara et al. (2016):
- R.A. (J2000): 17 44 01.2 +/- 2.4s(stat)
- Dec. (J2000): +19 32 47 +/- 47"(stat)
- A systematic error of 25" is also present

Flux:
From Abeysekara et al. (2016):
- the integral flux above 180 GeV is approximately 1.6% that of the
Crab Nebula

Spectral Properties:

- spectral index: 2.4 +/- 0.2(stat) +/- 0.2(syst)
