- no positional uncertainty information available

The Large Area Telescope (LAT), detected high-energy (HE; > 100 MeV) gamma rays
from a source positionally consistent with RBS 0413. Preliminary analysis of the data
taken during the first 12 months of the mission indicates an average flux above 100 MeV
of (2.4 +/- 1.0) x 10 -9 photons cm -2 s -1, and a very hard spectral index of (1.42 +/- 0.15).
Errors are statistical only.

Spectral Properties:
From VERITAS Collaboration et al. (2012):
- Spectral index: 3.18 +/- 0.68(stat) +/- 0.30(syst)
From Senturk et al. (2011):
- Spectral index: 3.18 +/- 0.68

Distance:
- Gioia et al. (1984) report a redshift of z = 0.190 +/- 0.003
- Stocke et al. (1985) report a redshift of z = 0.19
